zircon brick is manufactured through sintered method. Sintering is a process by pressure and heat without melting it to the point of liquefaction which can compact and form a solid mass of material . Sintered molding method as a general method is widely used in glass industry.

There are four main stages in producing sintered zircon brick: powdering, molding and compacting, drying, and sintering.

Zircon Brick
zircon brick is made of stable and high pure zircon sand in which the zircon content is over 64 % , so zircon is as the main crystal phase ,it is an important firebrick in Zircon related refractory bricks. It has the advantages of high mechanical strength, high refractoriness under load, excellent thermal shock stability, good creep resistance and good corrosion resistance to glass liquid.
