1. MAIZE FLOUR MILL Design Content：
Maize cleaning, maize hulling, maize polishing, maize grinding and Maize Flour Milling and so on(the raw corn cleaning section can be added according to customer’s requirements)

The raw corn: local second grade corn as the main material，the volume weight of flint corn should be above 710g/L, the moisture content is within 15%.（except for drying corn in high temperature）

4. Maize Flour Milling Process equipment and work flow：
The major of equipment matching the Maize flour mill plant line are the new type special patent products, ensuring the safe, continuous production of the complete production line.
The projected output in the cleaning section is 1.5t/h. Husking, polishing, grinding and flour milling are not less than 1t/h。 Cleaning section adopts sifting, destoning, magnetic separating; emery roll hulling, polishing, corn grits making and light grindings, sifting and grading, posterior grading, husking; The flour milling adopts millings to get grade flour.
The packing section uses fully automatic packing scale, forming flow process.
5. Ventilation, dedusting and pneumatic transmission：
This maize flour mill plant line project adopts multiple-unit dust removal wind net, a dding air suction dedusting port. The cleaning, bran suction have o ne set separately to ensure the indoor sanitation of workshop in the working process.
The maize flour milling plant line workshop adopts a set of high-pressure network ，and using new type saving power high pressure fan to guarantee the stable production of the workshop.
All the dust removal of air nets adopt pulse dust filter, the efficiency of dusting removal can reach 99.5%.
6. Pipe requirements and equipment installation:
--- All the articulated chutes adopt φ120 prefabricated pipes. All layers of chute is equipped with sight glass and inspection door ；Each lifting pipe is installed sight glass, at distance of 1500mm away from the platform.
--- Before doing installation, please read design instruction seriously to ensure the installation quality, Each non-standard production parts like equipment support, operating platform transmission parts and so on, should be made and welded carefully to guarantee the uniform size of the materials the design uses, and don’t modify casually.
