The erosion resistance of fused cast azs block to glass liquid is high, however, as the body of brick is long time in contacting with the solid-liquid interface of hot glass liquid, so it is subjected to large chemical attack and mechanical erosion, which therefore can also cause the damage to the fused cast AZS block. 1. Light capacity: the dry capacity of light refractory brick is only 500-700Kg/m3 which is only1/4 of ordinary concrete, 1/3 of clay bricks and 1/2 of hollow
blocks.
The main materials of glass furnace are zirconium corundum, because the production of zirconium corundum is smooth, which is suitable for producing glass and other products. However, during the use of glass furnace, occasionally there will be some abnormal conditions, below are some methods to handle abnormal operations.
1. Abnormal pressure of glass furnace

Sintered kiln of refractory is usually divided into two types: Intermittent down-draft kiln and continuous tunnel kiln, the firing temperature is from 1200 to 1900`C, and even higher. If divided by firing temperature: temperature below 1350℃ is called low temperature sintering kiln; temperature between 1350℃ and 1550℃ is called medium temperature sintering kiln; temperature between 1550℃ and 1750℃ is called high temperature sintering kiln; temperature up 1750℃ is called ultra temperature sintering kiln.
