Though conceding the least amount of goals in La Liga, FC Barcelona are determined to reinforce their defense ahead of next season. Radio Marca is reporting that Barcelona are determined to fut 15 coins capture Jerome Boateng from Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich.
The Catalan club are in need of a high-profile centre-back in the near future and the Aymeric Laporte joins Boateng on the club's wishlist. Boateng appears to be their number one target, but prizing him away from Bayern Munich is not going to be an easy task, whilst Athletic have no intention to let Laporte leave unless a club match a 40 million release clause.
Barcelona officials aim to wrap up the deal in the summer transfer window, but they would then allow the player to remain with his current side for another season before moving to Camp Nou, with the Catalans unable to sign new players before January 2016.
