Concrete mixer operators must have been trained professionally. That’s the most basic requirements for a concrete mixer truck operator. Only trained operator can ensure the normal operation of concrete mixer truck and increase efficiency. 2. When the concrete mixer truck is running Sicoma Planetary Concrete Mixer, operators should make sure all the devices needed to be locked are tightly locked. 3. After the materials in concrete mixer truck are discharged sicoma twin shaft mixer, operator should clean the feeding mouth, hopper etc. with water. Remove the dirt on concrete mixer truck body. Before returning back to the concrete batching plant, operator should pour water into the mixing drum and make the mixing drum rotate anti-clockwise to clean it. 4. Generally speaking, in summer, if the environment temperature is above 25℃, the transport time shouldn’t exceed 1 hour; if the environment temperature is below 25℃, the transport time shouldn’t exceed 1.5 hour.
