The regular maintenance of powder Raymond  mill  is quite crucial for the normal operation and high performance. The following matters should be paid attention after the halt of the equipment.

1. Before the temperature of the main engine and main bearing fall to the normal temperature,it is not allowed to stop the lubrication and water cooling system.

2. After the grinding mill stop operating jaw crusher,the user has to connect the machine to the high pressure lifting device so as to prevent the bearing alloy from damage because of the cooling contraction of the grinding body. Until the grinding body cools to the normal temperature,the user can remove the high pressure lifting device.

3. All the valves should be closed after the main engine and auxiliary engine stop operating and the recorder should be also closed timely.

4. After the grinding mill stop operating,the exhaust gas disposal system should adjust the system pressure according to the condition of the rotary kiln.
