The vibrating screen machine is composed of main parts,screen box,supporting device, accelerating cylindrical vibrator and transmitting parts, etc. The accelerating cylindrical vibrator should be installed in the middle od the machine. The vibrating force is altered by adjusting the weight of eccentric blocks to adjust the vibrating amplitude. The bearing should be lubricated by the lubricator and scaled by cover in the form of labyrinth.2. When installing inputting groove for raw material and discharging groove for discharging material, the upper and lower space between inputting groove and separating box should be above 80mm. The left and right space between discharging groove and separating box should be above 40mm,the front and back pace should be above 80mm,the upper and lower space should be above 80mm.3. The vibration screen must be fixed on the reinforced concrete base. The height, force and the area of the ground base must be designed according to the quality of the local mud and using condition. The vibratory screen machine can also be fixed on the steel frame. The installing dimension can depend on the foundations figure.4. The axis of base support should accord with the axis of spring support of box without any deviation in it. There should be enough space under the base so that it is convenient to install and repair the equipment.5.
