We’re happy to announce today our acquisition of the Cancun operations of Mac Puar Cim, SL, a Spanish Elevator company with extensive geographical coverage and operations in several countries. Beginning on October 1st, Elevator Design in Cancun were acquired under the KONE name.

“As the market in Mexico continues to present opportunities, KONE has implemented a growth strategy that is a win-win scenario for the company and region,” said Alicia Bandala, Managing Director, KONE Mexico. “Strategic acquisitions like Mac Puar, not only strengthen KONE’s position in the vital Mexican market, but also allow us to improve coverage for existing customers.”
