The grinder installation Sling the transmission base into pit with high attention on the height, check and ensure that the surface of “A” is leveled, then fix the decelerator on the surface “A” by bolts. Specially to pay attention, then install the motor for YGM 160 main frame in the same way, adjust the shaft coupling between the motor and decelerator. The misalignment should be less than 0.20mm, after assembly, there should be 4-6mm gap between the host center axis and speed reducer output shaft; motor shaft and the reducer input shaft should be 2-3mm.
(1) Installing the mainframe: First, put rubber-pad in the interface between the bottom of the grinder and the base surface, and the bolts on the ground for shockproof second, check and ensure levelness of the base surface A with a frame-level checking at 4 points on the intersected cross.
(2) Installing separator: The separator is flexibly connected with grinder by springs, rubber/canvas band, etc. First, install springs on shrouded flange of the Raymond mill, and accurately sling the separator on the grinder. Then connect grinder and separator by rubber/canvas band and blocking hoop.
(3) Installing the air blower:The installation should be strictly in accordance to the place shown in the installation diagram. After installation, the overlapping area between the motor of the blower and the baring seat and the misalignment should be less than 0.20mm. The clearance between the two shaft couplings should be controlled within the limit of 2-3mm.
(4) The installation of collector: According to the structural style in the installation diagram, the straight part, the cone and the screw conveyor should be fixed in the right place.
(5) Before the installation of piping device, the foundation bolts of mainframe and blower should be pouring fixed. After its initial solidification, the procedure of installing and connecting can be carried on. The position and height of the piping device should be in accordance with the general installation diagram, and no change is permitted.
